Beautician Sales Executive
 

Job Purpose: A Sales executive shall help customers to improve their overall appearance and maintain it that way by giving them advice on how to take care of various body parts, skin and nails, and also advices them on the bath and beauty products they should use.

Description: A Sales executive should introduce the customers to the latest products by offering them samples, giving demonstrations of their use and explaining their benefits. 

Should help customers to apply the cosmetics and explain how they can use them to get the best results. 

Should be ready to work at odd hours and communicate to the customers reminding them to refill orders when due and offer advice as need arises. 

Should visit customers to offer products demonstrations if need be.

Skills

• Should have good background in cosmetology and sales


• Beauty advisors should have good communication & interpersonal skiil.


• Should have Skills in Beauty Sales and marketing


• Should maintain network with clients and distributors


• Should have self confidence and courtesy


• Should be good in customer service and relations


• Should be a good listener


• Should poses good communication skills


• Should be computer literate


• Should be able to effectively manage  appearance related stress of clients and resolving    problems effectively


• Should be self motivated and ready to take on challenges


• Must have good understanding of cosmetics and beauty related information

Duties

• Selling beauty products and collecting payments from clients


• Making recommendation of different products to the customers


• Conducting demonstration of products so that clients do not face any difficulty in using them later.


• Presenting detailed information about new products to clients so that they may get interested in buying them.


• Meeting the sales targets set by management.

Qualifications

• Aspirants should have good background in cosmetology and sales. 


• Should have diploma in sales and marketing or its equivalent.

Work Conditions: Should be prepared to work in a competitive environment with set targets featuring different products lines and should be ready to spend a lot of time standing. 

Should also be prepared to work at nights, weekends and busy holiday seasons.
