Why are there no enough jobs for diploma holders in Kenya nowadays? Seems to be question most diploma graduates seem to be asking after feeling left out in the Kenyan job market

Have you noticed a similar trend? The good news though, these are the top employers hiring diploma holders this week.

1. Resolutions Insurance.
The medical insurance company has a vacancy for Sales Executives with a diploma in sales/marketing or degree in any field.

Applicants for this post should be energetic individuals aged 25+ and experience in the insurance industry.

2. Kenya Maritime Authority
The Kenya Maritime Authority has a career opportunity for a Legal Assistant with a Diploma in Law (Legal Studies) with a Credit upper Division from a recognized institution and a Licensed Court Process Server.

Applicants should also have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (‘O’ Level) – KCSE C Plus and above.

3. Corporate Staffing Services
The Westlands based company seeks Apartments Sales & Marketing Executive with a Bachelor’s degree or DIPLOMA in Sales & Marketing or real estate management.

Interested applicants should have at least 3 years experience in selling of property

4. Clarkson Insurance Brokers
The insurance company seeks a Re-Insurance Officer with an undergraduate Degree OR DIPLOMA in Business related with 2 years insurance experience either in an insurance company or insurance brokerage firms.

The job is also open to those with a Diploma in Insurance.

5. Busara Centre
The Kenyan NGO is looking for Marketers (Recruiters) with a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administration, and Social Sciences.

Applicants should also have previous experience in a similar role.

The NGO also seeks a Field Officer with a minimum of a diploma/degree and at least 2 years’ experience working with ECD / Standard 1 age students.
