Our client, a well-established Design company that deals in a variety of products is looking to fill the position of Female Store Keeper and Inventory Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate safety procedures in the store are implemented.
- Manage the entire stocks at all times by having all records safely kept.
- Manage all raw materials in terms of safety, ordering and releasing.
- Liaise with the accounts office with regards to payments of all the invoices.
- Ensure that costing is done at all times for all items.
- Ensure that all bin cards are fully updated and they tally at all times.
- Follow up with both international and local suppliers.
- Allocate a stock number to all items made.
- Ensure that clearing agent clears all imports from international suppliers.
- Manage the process of automating the system from an Excel spreadsheet to Cloud or dedicated server system.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in purchasing and supplies.
- Must have excellent knowledge in Excel.
- Experience working in a fast paced office environment required.
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem solving skills.
- Must have previously dealt with bin cards, requisition forms and ordering forms.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 60,000 – 80,000/= depending on experience & qualifications.
