Job Purpose:
Give marketing support to our East Africa region in close cooperation with the Marketing Director, Europe & Africa and the local office. This involves adjusting marketing plans for regional purpose, organising events/webinars, regionalizing campaigns (social media, digital activities), marketing material production and ad hoc projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support global and regional marketing campaigns for the regional office (events, conferences and exhibitions, speaker slots, digital marketing) – adjust messaging and tools according to the local needs
Work with local team on their engagement in regional campaigns
Organise and project-manage local events
Identify suitable East Africa conferences and manage regional association memberships for business networking and to secure speaking opportunities.
Support to deliver thought-leadership content with the focus on East Africa – working closely with the service lines (partly based in London) and the local colleagues
Develop local collateral including presentations and case studies. Support the account management team with business development collateral.
Support local office in their business development by bridging the gap between marketing efforts and business development
Develop local press contacts and support media relations effort locally
