Qualifications

• 35 Years of age and above


• Possess a Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management


• Be a member of the IHRM


• 5 years working experience serving as a HR Manager in a busy organization preferably a manufacturing industry.  Having worked in the horticultural industry will be an added advantage


• Ability to handle a large workforce


• Experience working with Trade Unions


• Good knowledge of Employment Laws and Industrial Relations

Competencies and Skills

• Ability to engage with people at various levels


• Excellent interpersonal and counselling skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Ability to work with people of different multi-cultural backgrounds


• Problem solving skills


• Strong negotiation skills
