35 Years of age and above

Possess a Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management

Be a member of the IHRM

5 years working experience serving as a HR Manager in a busy organization preferably a manufacturing industry.  Having worked in the horticultural industry will be an added advantage

Ability to handle a large workforce

Experience working with Trade Unions

Good knowledge of Employment Laws and Industrial Relations

Competencies and Skills

Ability to engage with people at various levels

Excellent interpersonal and counselling skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work with people of different multi-cultural backgrounds

Problem solving skills

Strong negotiation skills
