As a marketing executive at Duma Works you’ll be working with our entire team to come up with the best way to make sure our users and future users have the best interaction with Duma Works as possible.

You will spearhead our marketing activities and have creative room to innovate, try crazy things, and take our brand to the next level.

Duma Works is a young, and incredibly energetic company that treats our users like kings and queens – while helping them connect with their next hire or dream job.

Through social media engagement, events planning, and content creation, you will shape the Duma Works brand into the thought leader for jobs in Africa.

Desired Skills & Experience

Plan and execute on our social media marketing strategy

Proactively plan Duma Works events and other activities

Create lasting partnerships with organizations that share our vision

Interpret analytics about effective marketing channels to shape strategy

You will need:

Experience building a brand through digital media

Experience in PR and communications

Experience planning events and building partnerships

Boundless creative energy and a love of testing new things

It will definitely be useful if you have:

Experience working in a startup environment

Experience in building a blog following

Experience in PR

Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn

A large following on social media

Impeccable grammar and engaging writing skills

A great sense of humor
