Reporting To: Administration Manager
Overall Job Purpose: The office administrator ensures smooth office operations by managing office logistics, phone calls and guest relations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and make calls for the company
- Schedule and follow through on office errands as per business needs
- Company Vehicle maintenance: Cleaning, servicing, correspondence with garages
- Inform security of expected visitors
- Receive visitors and direct them accordingly
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
- Book the meeting rooms for the team
- Key Performance Indicators
- Efficiently managed office logistics
- Well managed meeting room bookings
- High satisfaction from staff on office support given
- Few complaints from company visitors/guests.
Qualifications
- A degree in Administration
- Competence in information technology
- Experience in front office management
Disposition
- Well mannered person with very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Approachable and presentable
- Ability to pay attention to detail and to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the Executive
