Job Title: Business Development Manager – Sacco

Our client is a fast growing Sacco based in Thika.
They seek to hire a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for achieving sales targets whilst managing existing client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Develop strategies for penetrating the market segments in the operating area
- Manage budget for sales efforts
- Writing reports
- Providing management with feedback
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in sales/ Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in business development with a Sacco/ Microfinance
- Self-starter, assertive and interpersonally effective.
- Excellent communication skills
