Lintons Beauty World About the organization Lintons Beauty World is a leading beauty brand in Kenya seeking to champion African Beauty.

It is currently a family run business with two focus areas; a thriving retail business with 15 outlets at leading malls in Nairobi offering top of the line skincare, color cosmetics and spa services and Trade. 

The trade arm exclusively distributes global brands such as Black Opal, Essie, Nimue, Shea Moisture, Bio Balance, BH Cosmetics to over 100 beauty shops, salons, pharmacies and spas across the region. 

We are looking for Brand Representatives to champion the Shea Moisture presence in the market.

 

Our teams are comprised of talented and self-motivated individuals who work hard to delight the customer. 

The ideal candidates will interact with our trade clients on a daily basis to ensure that excellent customer service is delivered.

Role: Brand Representative - Shea Moisture
 

Job Description

1. Create impactful and innovative marketing programs to drive the brand. 

2. Generate sales-driving ideas and concepts covering target market. 

3. Development and leadership of strategic brand direction, sales goals and implementation of marketing programs 

4. Analyze brand and proactively develop actionable plans to drive sales 

5. Develop and execute bi-monthly and new door sales promotions (includes: managing annual promotional calendar, project management, sales projections, copywriting, managing the creation of artwork, budget analysis, post promotion sales review) 

6. Contribute content to marketing publications as needed 

7. Ongoing research business/marketing/ industry trends 

8. Presentation of marketing initiatives to key groups, as needed 

9. Participate in special events for the organization as needed 

10. Price review and analyzing profitability 

11. Monitoring product distribution and consumer responses 

12. Oversee all in-house product launches
 

13. Oversee brand merchandising 

14. Drive current brand content for web sites and e-marketing in partnership with the Social media Marketing team 

15. Handle brand Relations 

16. Any other duties assigned by Brand Managers 

Compensation 

• A competitive base salary and travel allowance 


• Commission & bonus based on achievement of sales & profitability targets
