SALES & TELE-SALES.
Job Description
The BDO and TSE will be
responsible for marketing the company’s products; compiling and providing the
Sales Manager with appropriate information; planning, coordinating and
controlling the daily activities regarding commercial and technical sales
matters; handling customer complaints; tele-marketing; setting and achieving
sales targets and carrying out sales forecasts and territory planning for the
Department.
Roles/Duties & Responsibilities.
- Achieve direct sales and tele-sales targets assigned by the
Management. - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and
evaluate customer needs. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold
calling, networking, and social media. - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and
services. - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial
data. - Ensure the availability of stock for sales and
activations/presentations. - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions/or
conferences. - Negotiate/close deals and handle customer’s complaints or
objections. - Collaborate with team members to achieve best results;
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with
internal teams. - Work closely with the dealers &channel partners.
- Support in any other task as directed by Management.
Skills &Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or
Business-related field. - Minimum 3 years work experience.
- Ability to fluently communicate in English & Kiswahili.
- Training skills to impart technical knowledge to others.
- Problem solving skills.
- Fix it right first-time attitude.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Willing to travel.
- Previous or current experience in a similar industry will be
an added advantage.
Location: Nairobi, Mombasa,
Kisumu, Meru, Nyeri, Nakuru, Kilifi, Lamu, Watamu and Eldoret.
Salary; Graduated retainer starting from Kshs.
30,000/= + Commission.
