programme is a planned and structured programme that provides work experience.
It is a practible programme that exposes the candidates to fulfilling and
challenging career options with an emphasis to leadership and problem solving.
The program allows young people to consolidate and translate the skills learned
from their training into meaningful, relevant and practical on the job
experience.



The opportunities are open
within the various support services departments of the hotel in the following
disciplines: kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping, maintenance and front office
.This position targets certificates, diplomas and bachelors degree students who
are undertaking industrial attachments for a period not exceeding 3 months.



The position is
non-remunerative aimed at providing practical experience to students. However,
the company shall provide meals to members of staff who are on duty on specific
meal times.



Responsibilities




  • To support the day to
    day activities of the department

  • To perform any other
    duties assigned from time to time



Qualifications




  • Must have achieved at
    least a D+ for non-administrative roles , B+ or equivalent for
    administrative roles and at least a C- for sales department

  • Demonstrate
    leadership qualities

  • Be committed to
    succeeding in a team contest

  • Must have a
    supporting document/letter from the school
