Our Client wishes to recruit a NOC and Governance Manager within Networks Department. Reporting to the
Head of Operations, the main purpose of the role is to lead and govern both
active and passive managed services NOC for mobility network. Role
holder will also execute the governance framework for respective network
operations partners in accordance with their respective contracts.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the incumbent’s
role will include but not limited to:
- Daily review of NOC reports and KPI governace on
TTavailability and MTTR - Review of RCA reports for all emergency, critical and high
MTTR incidents - Governance of NOC tools for uptime and generate report with
action plan - Governance of Preventive Maintenance to validate planned
against actual done - Governance of time-based escalation matrix to ensure all
incidents are escalated as per defined EM - Plan, document governance meetings and track for closure
action points with respective partners - Ensure weekly and monthly sign off for all Network operations
partner as per defined SLAs - Review of NOC resources to ensure optimal human resources and
skillset quality - Support on IT issues for NOC tools connectivity to ensure
99.999% availability - Prepare periodic management reports as per defined templates and
frequency - Monthly signoff for all the partner SLA and align with
finance for service credit - Ensure implementation of NOC processes to meet network
availability targets - Make recommendations for NOC tools improvements and
automation - Define governance framework to ensure effective tracking of
issues - Define WLA with cross-functional teams working with NOC to
ensure timely delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Electrical /Electronic Engineering or Telecoms
Engineering (professional certification in networking/ telecommunication
is an added advantage) - 3 - 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in NOC
and/or a governance role - Sound knowledge of Mobile Network O&M
- Incident management skills
- Solid knowledge of transmission and IP network infrastructure

- Ability to manage an outsourcing partner to effectively
deliver on service level agreements - Ability to lead and motivate both internal and external
