We are currently looking for dedicated, energetic and proactive individuals to join our IT team in an internship position.

The Help Desk Support Intern will have the responsibility of assisting users on various hardware or software related issues.

This candidate will also provide IT support to all employees.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, research, and resolve technical problemsRespond to telephone calls, instant messages, email and personnel requests for technical supportDocument, track, and monitor all problems to ensure a timely resolutionSupport, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to LANRecommend and schedule repairs, via vendors or hands on.Install and configure workstations based on company needs and requirementsProvide end users support for all LAN- based applicationsUpdate all IT related inventoryInstallation, uninstallation of softwarePerform other duties or special projects as requested related to area of responsibilityMoving and Setting up of IT equipmentStrong work ethic.Excellent organizational skillsThe desire to learn and is not afraid to ask questionsAbility to maintain confidentiality at all timesDependableMust be highly motivated and committed to achieving resultsAbility to work under little supervision while meeting deliverablesAbility to work in a team environment, as well as independentlyEducational and/or Other Requirements/QualificationsMinimum – IT diplomaOr a 3rd year in BBIT/BMIS (Specialized in IT) or Computer science or Equivalent.Use of computer terminals requiring frequent mental and visual attention; and able to lift PCs, and other computer hardware.Must be willing to work in a diverse, dynamic environment and want to be part of a fun, super-skilled teamApplications to be made to recruit@medihealgroup.com by 12th April 2013 COB

The attachment is unpaid but a fixed stipend will be provided to cater for basic expenses.

Sales executives must also be able to help prepare proposals and presentations for customers, manage their own accounts and sales process and manage paperwork.

Sales persons are expected to generate their own leads by whatever means they want such as calling perspective customers by phone, in person, by mail etc. If you are doing sales for a non competing business, you can continue doing so and offer our web site design, optimization and internet marketing services to your present customers.

Compensation:

The commission structure for web site design, web optimization and marketing sales is extremely generous. Our commission ranges from 20% to 75% depending on the product or service that is sold.

Generally our smallest sales start at around Ksh 1,000 and large clients can be in the 10s of thousands of shillings earning the sales persons a quite handsome commission.

Sales executives who perform well will be entitled to periodic bonuses, exclusive territories and that show exceptional professionalism and leadership qualities may be promoted to sales management where they can earn a percentage of the sales of all affiliate salespersons under their control.
