We are seeking for our overall storekeeper to be based in Nairobi

The duties include but not limited to:

Raise requisition orders when goods are at the reorder level.Maintain a proper, neat and organized layout of stores with all stock items clearly labelled with each distinct stock code to fully utilise the minimal space available and for ease of retrieval.Ensure safekeeping of all the organisations goods and properties in the store at all times and ensure measures are in place to restrict access to unauthorized staff.Ensure the store is always well and properly laid out and arranged.Lead the quarterly stock take and prepare the necessary reports on stock valuation.Prepare and submit monthly reports of stock valuations and stockPeriodically informing the management of any obsolete and or slow moving goods / dead stock.The holder of this position should have the following qualifications: -
Minimum Certificate in Stores management and stock control or knowledge in Database ManagementHave an excellent knowledge of Excel and other computer packages.Have the ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlinesBe a Team PlayerMust be honest and of high integrityQualified persons with physical challenges are encouraged to apply.
