Tasks involve sourcing, shipping, tracking and monitoring the clearing of aircraft parts and related supplies from around the world.

We are looking for an individual who:

has 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in an aviation environmentis extremely conscientious, task-orientated and attentive to detailis dynamic and a good team playerhas excellent communication skillsHuman Resources Manager

Everett Aviation has a wide range of personnel in terms of skill sets, backgrounds, working structures. It has been through significant expansion in the past few years and this trend is set to continue.

We require an HR manager to lead and strengthen its HR management. This will require a review of existing policies and procedures, developing new initiatives, supporting recruitment and training initiatives.

The right person is likely to:

have 5 years experience in a similar role in a dynamic, professional, businesshave qualifications in Human Resourcesbe up to date on labour lawshave demonstrable success in implementing and managing HR initiativesbe dynamic, proactive and have excellent communication skills

AS350 B2 Captains

Minimum requirements for this position

Commercial Pilot License1000 hours Total Time300 hours on TypeExperienced B2 Captains required for a full time position based in Tanzania / Kenya.

Pilots with a current AS 365 rating in addition to an AS350 rating also required to rotate between our onshore AS350 B2 and Offshore AS365 N2 tasking.

AS365 N2 Captains/Co-Pilots

Two off-shore/on-shore Flight Safety officers and one Operations Manager

Based in either Dar es Salaam or Nairobi, these roles include responsibility for:

Crew management and trainingOperational planning, task execution and safetyLogistical support for operationsLiaison with the AMO to ensure maintenance planning and resourcingThe individuals will report to the Director of Operations.

These are full-time positions based in East Africa.

Candidates should have the following:

An aviation background with helicopter flying experience preferableHighly task orientatedStrong experience in quality and safety in an aviation environmentImpeccable references to support management and leadership experienceEngineering Department

Chief Engineer/Base Manager

A full-time position based in East Africa

Ratings on at least 3 of the following: AS365N2, BK117, EC145, AS355, AS350Strong business and project management experience in a medium-large helicopter AMO with extremely high service levels and responsiveness to customers including on-site maintenance in remote areas and multiple bases Demonstrable quality and safety management backgroundEngineering Quality Manager

A full time position based in East Africa

Liaising with our licensed helicopter engineersRated on at least 4 of the following: AS365N2, BK117, EC145, AS355, AS350, Arriel 1, Arrius 1 and Arrius 2.Experience in a very task-orientated AMO with very high levels of customer service and responsivenessDemonstrable quality and safety management backgroundLicensed Engineers

Full-time (preferable) or rotations ( 5 months on, 1 month off)

Rated on at least 3 of the following: AS365N2, BK117, EC145, AS355, AS350, Arriel 1, Arrius 1 and Arrius 2.Experience of both service centre and field-service workingDemonstrably excellent working practices and communication skills
