Our client provides Trade Sales & Marketing solutions geared towards improving their clients’ sales and efficiency and marketing operations.
They seek to hire an assistant sales analyst.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivityAnalyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales, and recommend promotion or change of personnel in under-productive departmentsAssist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecastGuide field sales people executives in entering accurate data on Excel and generate reportsCarefully review the performance of sales data from the fieldMake predictions of future performanceTabulate and present sales data to management in a clear concise mannerInterpret numbers and come up with easily understood informationUsing Excel spreadsheets create excellent sales reports Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiativesGenerate daily reports for all projects from sales data collected in the fieldReview and analyze results monthly on team performanceAnalysis of the current results per salesperson, SKU and areasFiling records and maintaining databasesMinimum of Diploma in Statistics, Sales and Marketing1 year proven experience analyzing sales data on Excel sheets Ability to prepare reports and graphs on ExcelAdvanced Excel Knowledge is an added advantageA Test will be issued to ascertain the knowledgeExcellent communication skillsReadiness to gain more experienceAbility to capture and document sales data from numerous sourcesGo getter attitudeIf you are up to the challenge, posses the necessary qualification and experience, please send your CV only quoting the job title on the email subject (Assistant Sales Analyst Ksh 25K plus incentive) to vacancies@corporatestaffing.co.ke before 16th June, 2014
