We are seeking to recruit a Consultant ‑ Transfer Pricing for our Tax department in Kenya, focusing on the following responsibilities:

Deloitte Job Responsibilities

Carry out analysis on intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfer of goods, services, intellectual property, loans and other financing transactions;

Prepare transfer pricing policy documentation;

Develop questionnaires and carry out functional analysis interviews;

Conduct benchmarking studies and perform economic, financial and accounting analysis;

Perform transfer pricing risk reviews;

Prepare transfer pricing defense papers in response to Revenue Authority audits; and

Assist in preparing proposals, document requests and transfer pricing related correspondence.
Deloitte Vacancy Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of upper second class;

Relevant accounting qualification;

At least two (2) years’ experience in transfer pricing;

Knowledge of Kenyan tax laws;

Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Sound analytical and problem solving skills;

Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and under tight time deadlines;

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
