HR Business Development Executives- Freelancers

Over the years, WEST HRC has expanded capacity and range of services and in line with the expansion program, we require the services of HR Business Developers to focus on charting a path to help guide the company realize its goals. The HR Business Developers will draw in sustainable and profitable business from qualified clientele.

Renumeration: 7 to 10% Commission.

HR Business Development Job Duties And Responsibilities

MUST be able to achieve a sales target of 300,000 per month.

Developing a sales plan to be viewed and approved by the incharge business development

Pursuing sales leads and prospective clients and building client relationships

Screening potential business deals

Applying sales strategies as well as developing new and creative ideas

Maintaining knowledge of current marketing conditions and negotiating and closing business deals

Creating contacts within the industry

Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and CEOs to stay abreast of current and future corporate needs in consultancy

Follow up on clients to determine effectiveness of services offered

Arrange and attend client meetings

Takes personal responsibility for and meets all individual goals

Providing feedback to the management on how to enhance a better and cordial environment

Must prepare the following reports; -Daily activity reports, Weekly progress reports, Monthly progress reports and also Quarterly development reports.
Qualifications for Business Development Job

Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Human Resources or Social sciences or marketing or business related field

Atleast 1 to 2 years experience in selling of HR services

Strong sales and marketing skills

Self driven, goal oriented personality with a positive attitude

Outstanding written and verbal communication

Passion for sales and marketing

Strong time-management skills and follow-up skills
