When it comes to being an expertise in the field, an administration professional must have good communication skills either oral or written because of constant interaction with people.

A competent Administrative Professional should be in a good position to formulate reports needed in a company

Apart from that, he or she should be highly organized because the entire administration job is based around organization.

However, there is still room for career progression as one can advance to a higher level after gaining enough experience and become skilled on the field.
