Sales Representative
Location: Nairobi
Industry: Construction (Chemicals)
Our client, a Construction Chemicals Manufacturing Company is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
The ideal candidate must have strong business to business sales skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
Skills & Abilities:
Should have a Degree in Sales and Marketing
MUST have worked in the construction chemicals industry
Proven track record of successfully closing deals
Possess strong negotiation skills
Be commercially aware
Should be confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined and driven to succeed.
Possess a high degree of flexibility.
