Water Sales Engineer Job in Kenya

Job Description

Our Client, a well-established Group of Companies from the manufacturing industry is seeking to recruit a qualified person to fill the position of Water Sales Engineer. 

The candidate must have sales experience and exposure in project design.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and solicit business for water projects.

Lead in the development of technical designs and bill of quantities.

Preparation and submission of tender documents.

Supervision of contracts for boreholes, piped water and water irrigation systems.

Design water treatment plants, pump systems, stations and pipelines.

Designing sewer improvement programs.

Technical engineering support to sales team aimed at generating sales volumes.

Build capacity within the sales team through product training and offering.

Support customers, designers and maintenance engineers in solving hydraulic problems.

Prepare a weekly, monthly and yearly sales and marketing plan.

Prepare monthly reports of meetings, leads, project developments.

Operate according to the approved budget and management instructions.

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.

Must have a minimum of 3 – 5  years’ experience in the water industry.

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must have strong work ethics with a strong sense of integrity.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 130,000/= (Approx. 1,444 USD)
