HR Analyst Job in Kenya

Altima Africa seeks to recruit a creative, highly organised and entrepreneurial individual to the position of HR Analyst.

The Position: Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and working closely with the Directors, the position holder will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment & HR Consulting divisions.

The Role

• Proposal writing & development of appropriate talent acquisition strategies


• Preparing client presentations for Recruitment and HR Consulting


• Timely and successful execution of assignments


• Execute search assignments to ensure thorough sourcing, identification of best-in-class candidates and conduct comprehensive interviews


• Writing high quality client reports


• Manage candidates’ through-out the entire recruitment process


• Updating online recruitment systems


• Coordinating tasks undertaken with part time consultants


• Compilation of market intelligence reports

The Ideal candidate should:

• Have at least 3 years work experience specifically within Recruitment and General HR


• Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent certification-a must


• University Degree in Business or a related field;


• Project management skills & proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be an added advantage.
