Our client, a restaurant with outlets in Nairobi is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities
- Train and refresh new staff on fine dining
- Supervise restaurant staff
- Plan daily shifts and staff shifts
- Ensure restaurant is well arranged and ready for customer use at all times
- Manage cleanliness at the restaurant
- Ensure customers are served to set standards
- Conduct daily briefings with staff on start and close of business
- Manage discipline among staff
- Other supervisor duties
Requirements
- At least a certificate in Food & Beverage
- At least 5 years’ experience in restaurants
- Experience in a fine dining restaurant setting a must
- Knowledge of different cuisines and skills in managing restaurant teams
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Have etiquette and great customer service skills
- Well groomed and presentable
