Our client, a restaurant with outlets in Nairobi is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor
 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Train and refresh new staff on fine dining


• Supervise restaurant staff


• Plan daily shifts and staff shifts


• Ensure restaurant is well arranged and ready for customer use at all times


• Manage cleanliness at the restaurant


• Ensure customers are served to set standards


• Conduct daily briefings with staff on start and close of business


• Manage discipline among staff


• Other supervisor duties

Requirements

• At least a certificate in Food & Beverage


• At least 5 years’ experience in restaurants


• Experience in a fine dining restaurant setting a must


• Knowledge of different cuisines and skills in managing restaurant teams


• Excellent verbal communication skills


• Have etiquette and great customer service skills


• Well groomed and presentable
