Strategy and Global Operation Analyst
(Internship – 6 months)

Job Description:
As an integral part of the worldwide central management team of Jovago, the successful candidate responsibilities will include:
- Running high impact projects across all department of Jovago (sales, finance, and customer excellence) which would include: strategic analyses, managerial solutions, design and roll-out of action plan to drive changes and performance across all countries
- Running analyses to understand the fast-changing market requirements
- Following up on KPI’s and identifying levels of performance
- Coordinating operations between the central team and teams on the ground spread across Africa and Asia
- Learn from and share with other Africa Internet Group and Rocket Internet companies worldwide
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Top Business or Engineering School/Universities
- Internship as part of MBA
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year work experience
- Experience working abroad or with international companies
- Experience in defining processes
- Experience in reporting to top management
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong excel skills: accounting / finance
- Action and results oriented
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Fast learner
- Well organized
- Resistant to stress
- Very independent with a strong ability to go further than the expectations
- Proficiency in MS Office
