A Local Distributorship company seeks to recruit an aggressive, self starter Sales and Marketing Coordinator to build market within County Governments and Relief NGOs for a new fortified blended flour product. 

The general function for this position is to create brand awareness, achieve maximum sales, profitability and market penetration.

Specific Functions:

• Develop high level proposals to county governments,


• Make customized fliers and banners,


• Develop partnerships with County Governments and Relief NGOs,


• Secure orders from prospective customers through a relationship based approach,


• Demonstrate the products to prospective customers and assist them select the best suited to their needs,


• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business for the products,


• Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and products presentation to prospective customers,


• Coordinates sales efforts office with the logistic and technical service team,


• Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trend.

Skills and specifications

• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent  customer service skills, with good negotiation skills


• Positive individual and hard worker


• Able to build and deliver presentations


• Able to convince and persuade others


• High level of computer literacy desirable,


• Able to create, write and edit composed manuals,


• Willingness to travel most of the times.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field,


• At least 2 years related sales and marketing experience,


• MUST be an experienced Driver (Manual gear)
