We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill the position of Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the overall responsibility of a Sales Executive is to meet or exceed the Sales target and satisfy customers’ requirements within the assigned geographical territory at all times.
Responsibilities are focused on independently managing an assigned territory by:
- Managing the Sales and Marketing of the company’s brands through sales agents, stockists and distributors;
- Ensure availability of our brands in all possible selling outlets, and in right quantities;
- Establishing customer requirements and satisfying them by recommending and supplying proper mix of the company’s products;
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and information for decision making and effective management of Sales;
- Ensuring that customers feedback is appropriately handled and in accordance to Company policy;
- Carrying out merchandising and outlet branding for maximum visibility of various brands and sales promotions;
- Constantly report on competitors activities within your area, while consistently exploring on potential selling outlets.
Essential Qualifications and Competence
- Business related degree;
- Result orientated with at least two years relevant experience;
- Team player with good communication skills with the ability to work under pressure;
- Computer literate, with exposure in use of ERP as added advantage;
- Experience in organizing a sales function;
- Posses sales management skills;
- Clean driving license.
