Real Estate Operations Manager Job in Nairobi, Kenya

Position: Operations Manager – Real Estate

Our client in real estate is urgently recruiting for the above mentioned position.
 

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• University graduate/MBA


• At least 10 years experience in facility management.


• Ability to fit into acting General Manager role.


• Proven leadership/staff management ability.


• Prove record with leading estate agents or large commercial buildings.


• Excellent administration & analytical skills.


• Good knowledge of construction especially repairs and maintenance etc.


• Willingness to work long hours/weekends as required.

Duty Station: Nairobi.
 

Anticipated start date: Immediately.
 

 

Salary: Please DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE EARNING BELOW 300,000 GROSS PAY PER MONTH.
