Position: Director / Manager (Technology)

Company Profile: Our client operates higher education institutions in sub Saharan Africa

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in the selection, implementation and operation of an ERP system.


• Build and manage a team to supervise the ERP and other technological innovations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Developmental skills including programming experience in SQL, Visual Basic, VBA, C# and other relevant languages


• Strong knowledge of modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems including management of personnel, implementation and development experience


• Sub- Saharan Africa experience


• Fluent in English


• Kenyan/East Africa work authorization


• Frequent travel within Africa

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a leading university in relevant discipline (Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering)


• 8+ years work experience (minimum 4 years in Information Systems)


• 4+ years of general business experience including familiarity with budgeting and procurement
