Duma Works is recruiting a Junior Sales Representative for one of our clients, a leading provider of affordable, well-constructed homes.

Location: Nairobi

Responsibilities

• Building business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with clients for continued business.


• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their needs; recommending appropriate training products.


• Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.


• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities


• Preparing weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.


• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards


• Delivering weekly, monthly and annual sales targets as directed by the Sales Manager


• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

• 2 years experience in real estate sales/selling homes


• Diploma or higher in Sales & Marketing or in related field


• Presentable


• General Real Estate Market awareness


• Self Motivated


• Sales planning skills


• Autonomous


• Computer literate


• Never say die attitude
