Lan-x Africa Ltd is a leading consulting firm that provides Consultancy and Training to both national and multi-national companies in Kenya. 

The company now seeks to fill the following positions.

Marketing and Communication Consultant
 

Main responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales


• Maintaining digital presence by producing valuable and engaging content for the website, blog and social media, that attracts and converts the target groups


• Developing print and online materials to effectively communicate Lan-x Africa Ltd mission, vision, main messages and on-going trainings to key audiences


• Building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players to increase the company network

Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant degree / diploma in marketing/communications or a related field


• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position preferably within an advertising, online marketing or service industries.


• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels successful marketing campaigns


• Creative and innovative artistic abilities with a good eye for design


• Tech Savvy with sound knowledge of CorelDraw, web design among others

Sales Executives
 

Main responsibilities include:

• Driving sales for the company as per given targets and product line


• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and prospects to generate new business leads


• Managing all the other facets of the sales cycle including presentation negotiating and closing


• Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers for continued business mining


• Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.


• Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Has at least a degree from a recognized and reputable institution in sales and marketing or social sciences


• Must possess 2-3 years’ experience in sales


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• A passionate worker able to work with minimal or no supervision


• Self motivated with innovative ways of achieving results


• Pays keen attention to details
