Sales / Business Development Manager (Steel Products) Job in Kenya

Our client, a company dealing in steel products, is looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager
 

Job roles include:

• Ability to effectively provide team leadership


• Aggressively enhance existing and continuously establish new markets


• Meticulously plan and execute sales strategies


• Effectively manage the Sales department


• In Liaison with production and management ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for the market


• Constantly train and evaluate the sales team


• Ensure the corporate sales targets are achieved


• Lead the Sales Strategy and its effective implementation


• Drive customer excellent initiatives


• Ensure Sales Agreements and Terms of Sale are diligently adhered to.


• Effectively Map the Market.

Desired Skill Set

• Sales & Marketing Training


• Diploma or Degree Holder


• Computer Literate


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver targets


• Good Management, Organizational & Planning skills


• Sales Engineering Or Mechanical Technology an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 Years experience in similar capacity


• Manufacturing experience desirable but not a must
