Senior Real Estate Sales Representative Job in Nairobi, Kenya

Duma Works is recruiting a Senior Real Estate Sales Representative for one of our clients; a company dedicated to providing hard working families with affordable, well-constructed homes in thriving communities.

Job Description:

• Delivering weekly, monthly and annual sales targets as directed by the Sales Manager or Managing Director.


• Developing, nurturing and evolving the sales process so that this becomes a 
competitive advantage.


• Taking ownership of the customer – you and your team will be the front line 
representatives of the company as far as our customers are concerned, you will therefore develop a deep understanding of their needs and motivations and disseminate this throughout the company;


• Weekly sales meeting with the Sales Manager and the Managing Director;


• Working in conjunction with marketing, you will assist in the development of sales aids and other marketing material which you and your team will use as part of the 
sales process;


• Liaising with the conveyancing team to ensure that sales are efficiently processed on 
behalf of our customers.

Main Attributes:

• 4 years or more experience in property sales.


• Able to show track record of consistent real estate sales.


• Start date ASAP.


• Presentable.


• General Real Estate Market awareness.


• Self Motivated.

Education:

• Minimum Education Level Diploma.


• Computer literate.

Location: Nairobi

Reports to: directly to the Sales Manager.
 

Remuneration: base salary and performance related pay which will be annexed to this Job Description.
