 Our client based in Dubai is looking forward to hire a Spa Operational Manger

Job Description

To ensure the smooth running of multiple SPAs and recreational facilities and represent the interests of the company at all times.

To assist the General Manager with the development and implementation / achievement of the SPA budget, marketing objectives, operational criteria, programming, staff relations and training, facility upkeep, and superior guest relations.

 

Essential Functions

• To take full management responsibilities within the assigned properties and Assist DWS GM and Hotel General Managers in instigating and maintaining all systems in the SPA facilities throughout the whole hotel


• To ensure that all operational procedures are carried out in the prescribed manner.


• To ensure that the facility is adequately manned at all times and schedules are prepared with business sense.

Supportive Functions

• To oversee the recruitment, induction, training, development, appraisal and discipline of all SPA staff.


• To instigate regular meetings with Spa staff to motivate and be aware of staff needs and aspirations.


• To implement and live Staff motivational tools as a leader


• To set a standard at all times in professionalism, appearance and attitude as expected of all Spa personnel.


• Must have proven track record in SPA and Fitness industry for at least 2 years

Specific Job Knowledge

• Must have good understanding of sales and marketing


• Must have strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting


• Must have strong sales skills to drive revenues and achieve set targets

Education:

• Must have Bachelor/license areas of study Health/social professional experience or equal

Experience

• Must have at least 24 months experience in the spa industry ,more experience preferred

Salary: 8000-10000Dhs/ month
