Job Purpose

To be our Front office cashier and act as our customer service alternative

Description of Duties:

Processing of invoices through an integrated computer SystemDaily cash and cheques collection and proper receipting of the sameBanking of receipts and reconciling to the daily receipt summaryReconciliation of debtors accounts by ensuring all receipts are allocated to the relevant invoicesAssisting in billing system updates in respect of master data entriesMaintenance of company’s fixed assets register and verification of the assets physical existence on monthly basisMaintaining files for payments and accounting correspondences Preparation of VAT Returns on monthly basis and submitting to KRA on timeHandling client’s queries relating to accounts balances and paymentsMinimum required qualifications & experience
CPA part II or its equivalentComputer skills particularly on spreadsheets and automated accounting software systemsCandidates must preferably be between 24 and 30 years old.Keen on details with high level of initiative.Capable of working with minimal supervision.At least 2 years experience in a busy accounting departmentAbility to work under minimum supervisionPresentable and excellent communications skillsAnd above all, a person of honesty and integrityAny customer service/sales experience/skills will be an added advantage

Track record- of success.
Owns a car and laptop.

The main responsibility is procurement of new Business as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.

This will include;
Developing sales strategies and setting targets to grow sales.
Lead a team of Sales account managers in sales and relations management.
Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
Build referral and lead generation network.
Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
Account Management.

* Conversant with Virtualization technologies VMware

- Be flexible to work beyond work hours when need arises.
