 Lead the team and drive the architecture, build, testing, and ongoing development of the product Build the foundation for all development (e.g., set-up development and testing environments, configure testing software, etc.) Design and lead an organized, effective, and maximally thorough QA program Conceive, assess and develop the technology vision Design and implement the back-end Provide technical design and frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, and reusability Resolve production problems and software release issues; including performance and functionality issues Collaborate with marketing, business development, account management, and operations to ensure the delivered product meets the needs of the end user Adhere to best practices in agile software development and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate Perform code and database design reviews Evaluate integrating with third-party solutions versus building in-house software to meet business needs for platform enhancement. Responsibility
? Lead the team and drive the architecture, build, testing, and ongoing development of the product

QUALITIES
1. 12 to 15 years experience in business development in ICT.
2. Preferably a post graduate with an IT back ground/ Masters Degree in IT.
3. Experience of managing multiple customers/projects across geographies
4. Understanding of Cisco
5. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical.
6. Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner.

The incumbent will provide high level prudent day to day oversight of financial management policies, procedures and practices.

Clinical Practice Educator (Intensive Care Unit)

The Clinical Practice Educator will be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills that are needed by nurses to meet the care needs of all categories of patients at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi.

The incumbent will work with the nurses to enhance their clinical competencies and implement nursing quality assurance protocols.

Applicants should be Registered Nurses (KRN/M; KRCHN) with current licensure with the Nursing Council of Kenya.

A Baccalaureate degree (BScN) and/or other formal post-basic preparation in clinical teaching and specific area(s) of clinical practice and Certification in ALSO, EPLS and ACLS will be an added advantage.

S/he should be proficient in Microsoft office packages.

The successful candidate(s) should have a minimum of five (5) years clinical nursing experience in an acute care teaching hospital and a minimum of two (2) years continuous experience in a busy nursing unit.
