Customer Service Representative (Intern)

Are you passionate about one-to-one, telephone or SNS interaction with customers? Well here goes your chance to prove yourself.

Kilimall Internships Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

Provide information about the company to any potential client calling with enquiry.

Review customer complaints

Track customer complaint resolution

Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.

Be involved in stock control and management.

Assisting customers to find the goods and products they are looking for.

Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.

Dealing with customer refunds.

Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.

Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock in the warehouse.

Have a good working knowledge of policies and procedures, especially the policy of returned/replacement goods at the customer service department.
Qualifications and skill set for Kilimall Customer Care Internship

Degree/ Diploma in Customer care, Business Administration (Customer Care specialization)

Must be service oriented.

Possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Excellent Presentation skills.

Outstanding organization and planning skills.

Self-driven with high level of integrity and professionalism.

Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service.

Experience in the Customer Service Industry (retail sector) will be an added advantage.
