Position Responsible To: Head of efficiency Monitoring & quality assurance
 

Position Report to the Job Title: Efficiency Monitoring AssistantOverall Objective: To ensure that the operations of the company are efficient and that both internal & external quality is assures in all our dealings

Key Tasks

To ensure all systems and policies of the company are followed

To ensure all operations are cost effective

To ensure company is running at 100% efficiency

To ensure where necessary, boost the production of company by engaging new client or better utilizing current contracts

Coming up with viable solutions to problems due to the dynamic market

Collecting market information to ensure we know all possible information about the industry and our competitors

Preparing efficient & quality various to for management

Key Requirements

Holder of a Degree in Business, Management or its equivalent from a recognized university;

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar field;

Excellent command of written and spoken English;

Advanced Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases), ;

Experience in Automotive industry quality standards

Experienced and knowledgeable in Occupational Health Safety
