Position Report to the Job Title: Efficiency Monitoring Assistant

Overall Objective: To ensure that the operations of the company are efficient and that both internal & external quality is assures in all our dealings

Key Tasks

• To ensure all systems and policies of the company are followed


• To ensure all operations are cost effective


• To ensure company is running at 100% efficiency


• To ensure where necessary, boost the production of company by engaging new client or better utilizing current contracts


• Coming up with viable solutions to problems due to the dynamic market


• Collecting market information to ensure we know all possible information about the industry and our competitors


• Preparing efficient & quality various to for management

Key Requirements

• Holder of a Degree in Business, Management or its equivalent from a recognized university;


• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar field;


• Excellent command of written and spoken English;


• Advanced Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases), ;


• Experience in Automotive industry quality standards


• Experienced and knowledgeable in Occupational Health Safety
