The County of Mombasa invites sealed request for proposals for the following:
 

Request for Proposal for Consultancy Services for the Enhancement and Development of Revenue Generation and Collection and Institutional County ICT Development
 

RFP-No. 1/2014 – 2015

Interested eligible bidders may obtain the complete RFP documents from the office of the Director of Procurement County Government of Mombasa, upon payment of a non-refundable cash fee of Kenya Shillings Five Thousand (Kshs. 5,000/=) only per set.

The completed RFP documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly bearing only the RFP number and title of the contract should be deposited in the Tender Box, outside the Procurement Office County Government of Mombasa or if sent by post be addressed to: -

So as to reach him on or before 26th February, 2015 at 10.00 A.M. 

The RFPs will be opened soon thereafter at the Procurement Boardroom at 10.30 A.m in the presence of the bidders’ Representatives who choose to attend.

RFPs must be accompanied by tender security in the form and amount of Kenya Shillings One Hundred Thousand Shillings (KSh. 1,000,000) only, failure to which the bid shall be rejected.

The Mombasa County is not bound to accept the lowest or any proposal.
