Job description
Strategically own and manage the electronic channels of the bank focusing on maximizing channel efficiencies, increasing channel uptake, expanding the channel network, launching new low-cost channel initiatives, developing & implementing appropriate strategies for multi-channel delivery, etc.
Reports to Head of Retail Banking.
Guide bank by developing cross channel (online / offline) solutions.
E-strategy and E-Development.
Design, usability, functionality & product development and implementation.
Improvements of existing and development of new systems.
PR, Marketing, Business support.
Partners and vendors management.
Desired Profile:
University degree or hold equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Kenyan with domestic Banking Experience
