The County Public Service Board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following positions in the department of Roads and Public Works.

FIREMAN III 4 POSTS – JOB GROUP ‘D’

Qualifications


  • Have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade D or its equivalent and relevant qualification;

  • First Aid Certificate course lasting not less than one (1) week from John’s Ambulance or Kenya Institute of Highways and Building Technology (KIHBT) or any other recognized institution;

  • Be physically fit;

  • Be certified medically fit by a Government doctor

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Simple maintenance of fire-fighting appliances

  • Fire fighting

  • Assisting during emergency cases
