Key Responsibilities
Capacity
building, Liaison, and Networking
Seek opportunities for information
sharing and learning exchanges with local actors/INGOs to promote learning and
coordination at national and sub-national levels.
Support mapping learning and training
opportunities for project and partner staff
Support all capacity-building
initiatives that are well coordinated with wider involvement of the program
quality MEAL team.
Support the CSDW project to develop
and maintain a contact network of researchers, decision-makers, and partner
organizations relevant to the project’s work on water quality management and
WASH gender inclusion.
Engage the Government and other
development partners to influence policy that prioritizes.
Mobilizing partnerships with local
civil society organizations,
Perform other responsibilities as may be
directed by the Project Manager
Qualifications
Completed bachelor’s degree in
environmental health sciences/Public Health/community health and development.
Knowledge of research ethics
principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal
skills and the ability to work in a multicultural professional environment.
Ability to work independently and as
part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and
Word.
Work experience is not a requirement.
The research Ethics course will be an
added advantage.
Competencies: Good report-writing
skills, data collection, and analysis, Computer Literacy
