Recruitment / Resourcing OfficerPurpose of the Role: To contribute to the achievement of a highly talented workforce through supporting the processes of identification, placement and retention of a highly competitive workforce through application of sound resourcing, practices. The role will also support strong talent operations that include quality probation management and proactively sourcing CVs for strong candidates who fit our current and future organizational needs.
Key Responsibility: Supporting the hiring process through application of established bank systems (policies, processes and tools) in attracting, selecting and assessing people with competitive attributes and skills. 
This includes active monitoring of man power plans for adherence and timely placement of staff to meet Business requirements.
Participate in the recruitment process through ensuring availability of updated job descriptions, involvement in the short listing of suitable candidates for interview, definition of appropriate interview tools and participation in interview process for various job levels in the organization.Preparing recruitment reports for all hiring projects undertaken.Coordinating with the security department for all vetting schedules for candidates being considered for hire.Ensure timely preparation of offer letters for successful candidates.Communicating interview outcomes to shortlisted candidates.Preparation of interview packs ahead of interviews.Support the process of competency assessment for staff undergoing competency assessment as part of bank projects or for input into promotion decisions.Timely input of recruitment reports for departmental, Manco and Board reporting purposes.Maintaining all documents originating from Resourcing Operations within staff files.

Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection and placement functions.Interpersonal sensitivity for effectiveness in interacting and working well with others.Knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.Personal motivation and drive exhibited through commitment to work hard towards goals and showing enthusiasm and career commitment.Excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with and manage customer expectations (internal and external), and other stakeholders who impact performance.Performance Management to optimize own productivity.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
University degree- Upper second class Honours or 3.0 GPA.Relevant professional qualification in human resource management development – SHL certification highly desirable.4 years’ experience in a HR generalist role two of which should be in recruitment support in a medium organization.Proficiency in use of MS office tools.Practical experience in use of a HRIS system

The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi, (AKUH,N) a premier tertiary teaching hospital, is fast growing with a network of over 30 multi-site medical centers in East Africa and a state-of-the-art Heart and Cancer Centre in Nairobi.
 Manager, Capex Purchases & Contract Services
The incumbent will be responsible for preparing, the financial, placement, leasing and life cycle costing analysis for capital equipment and negotiating and procuring of the same; ensuring best terms are availed in terms of price, warranty, service, and payment terms amongst other key items. S/he would also lead the negotiation and processes for contracted services ensuring best service and maintenance contracts are in place for the Institution.
Applicants must have a degree in Business administration, Procurement, and supply chain management, or related field.S/he should have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar position with working knowledge of purchasing hospital equipment (Medical and non-medical), as well as preparing service and maintenance contracts.The incumbent will provide quality and efficient specialized pharmaceutical services to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcome including, but not limited to, advising physicians on issues concerning drug therapy that meets or exceeds the expectation of the patient and their relatives. S/he will provide effective pharmaceutical services to meet customer needs.
Applicant must have a Post Graduate Diploma or Masters in Clinical Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in an hospital pharmacy environment. S/he must be registered with Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya and have a valid Practicing License from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya.
 The incumbent will be responsible for the effective management and care of patients. S/he will also be expected to work with a team of medical staff to ensure optimal delivery of quality patient care. The area of specialization is Accident & Emergency.
Applicants should possess a Bachelors of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) or equivalent S/he must have completed internship and should be registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners’ and Dentists Board. Preference will be given to candidates with ACLS, ATLS or PALS/EPLS training.

The Credit Controller is responsible for chasing outstanding invoices to the company and plays a vital role in the cash-flow of the organization ensuring credit given to customers is monitored and controlled effectively.
 Chasing debt by telephone and email and reducing debtor days.Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements to clients as may be agreed from time to time.Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries.Ensuring that all major accounts work to agreed order to cash cycle.Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations.Investigating and resolving queries relating to nonpayment of invoices.Working to strict monthly and annually collections targets.To verify facts of all sales returns before passing a credit note.
