Design and manage raw milk collection logistics right from the farmer to milk processor.Manage the milk chilling process and transfer logistics between the chilling plant and milk processor and ensure milk dispatch documentation and delivery notes issued by chilling plant to accompany milk dispatch and the receipts received from processor to acknowledge receipt of the milk are reconciled daily.Organize and lead milk supplier mobilization and registration meetingsPlan raw milk marketing and sales activities and review results and expectations with Quality supervisor.Ensure the milk supplier’s database is updated daily and statements delivered to suppliers on a daily basis.Ensure milk supplier’s payroll is prepared and money is wired to milk suppliers accounts on time.Establish daily raw milk supply targets for individual milk grading clerks and jointly develop plans to achieve them.Prepare and deliver (and where necessary, present) to the persons designated by the GM, timely and accurate reports in accordance with the formats given.Be responsible for setting periodic targets within the business plan, in conjunctions with the GM, and directing the business to achieve, or supersede, those targets.Facilitate and provide all known information to assist in internal and external audits as ordered by the GM.3.
