Introduction: This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR student/graduate to get involved in the recruitment lifecycle with the KISCOL HR team. 

The successful candidate will be required to assist the Human Resources team in recruitment activities including shortlisting / reviewing candidates CV and ensuring excellent candidate experience for our Factory in Kwale.

(in Receivership)The Board therefore invites interested competent individuals to apply for the post.Take over from existing Receiver-Managers and retain/appoint key staffDevelop and implement a sustainable business plan.Develop and implement a sustainable factory operation and maintenance plan.Verify current debts before making payments and facilitate timely payments to farmers/suppliers.The desired candidate must have a Masters Degree from a recognized university, and has worked at top executive level of management with a proven track record for at least 10 years.
Those with relevant experience in receivership will have an added advantage.
