Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Department: Sales and Marketing

Accountable: Managing Director

Job Objectives

* To steward the sales and marketing operation of Midland Energy Limited
* To increase customer awareness of the mid-gas brand of LPG
* To design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
* To develop sales and marketing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company profit and market share of the LPG market.
* To use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the profitability and growth of the brand.
* Direct re-hiring, training and performance evaluation of sales and marketing staff and oversee the daily activities.
* To build key relationship with internal and external partners to further increase the company’s market reach and financial viability

Qualifications For This Job

* 5+ years of marketing experience especially in fast moving consumer good College degree, strong leadership and consensus building skills.
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Education

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or equivalent)
