Our Company,Girvins Energy ltd,a subsidiary of Girvins Intelligence EA Ltd, owns exclusive distributorship rights for a power saving DC solar Iron box in the entire East Africa region. 

Girvins Energy Ltd has the investor funding and ambition to expand its product line and extend its reach to new markets, to this effect we are seeking Sales Representatives to handle the growth and accessibility of our products in various parts of the country. Job Description / Responsibilities

The Sales Representative is responsible for:
Driving the sales in his/her territoryHiring Sales Agents for their territoryTraining Sales Agents for their territorySupervising Sales Agents for their territoryAchieving and surpassing territory sales targetsMaintaining accurate stock recordsSelective feedback on progress of operationsAddressing territory queries and follow ups.Experience in recruitment of distributors as well as direct salesAptitude for sales and the drive to achieve and exceed targetsGood communication skillsA strong understanding of their given territory to be based in.Applicants MUST state County/regions of interest.Applications without these will not be considered.

Remuneration

A competitive salary with a competitive commission structure.
There is also a Travel / Phone allowance of Ksh 1000 per week.
