Commercial Sales Manager – Day Care Solutions
Our client, a fast growing company, that provides Day Care Solutions for Kenyan & multinational companies for working parents, is looking to fill the position of a Commercial Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will have a proven sales track record, a broad network, experience in selling solutions rather than products and the business acumen to relate to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the process of identifying, educating and signing new corporate clients under the guidance of the CEO.
- Deliver sales pitches offering options and cost structure for corporate clients.
- Work directly with the CEO on creating and executing the sales strategy.
- Responsible for maintaining the corporate client relationship.
- Lead the on boarding process of a new center.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing / communication / public relations.
- Must have 5 years of proven track record in generating sales and converting deals.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand the macro parameters and at the same time to pay attention to the details.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Very good negotiation skills.
Monthly gross salary: Negotiable but with commissions can reach up to Ksh. 400,000 /= per month.
