Head of Corporate Sales Job in Kenya - Telecommunications Company

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Summary

Our client is a leading telecommunications and mobile service provider. They are Kenya's most innovative mobile phone operator.

Primary Responsibilities

Developing, managing the implementation and execution of Corporate sales strategy.Manage Corporate sales activities to maximize sales revenues and maintain sustainable sales growth in order to achieve revenue targets and ARPU objectives.Ensure the development and maintenance of optimal Customer Relationships so as to ensure retention and reduce churn.Direct the development and implementation of sales processes, tools and capabilities within the corporate segmentProvide sales leadership to the team by mentoring, motivating, encouraging, and delivering results; Responsible for building and growing the sales team; Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.Understand and identify customer's ICT/telecommunication needs through in-depth account planning and profiling.Understand and appreciate market trends, competitors' movement and industry information so as to serve customers better.Provide one-stop ICT experience to customers. Track lead bids or RFPs to ensure proposals are submitted in order to win; ensure that all customers' pre-sales & post-sales enquiries and works orders, commercial documents, dealings with customers are promptly attended to, documented and kept.Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures; Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.University Degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management 8+ years with at least 2 - 5 years leadership experience in corporate sales and relationship management of large multi –national corporations.At least 5 years experience Telecommunications Industry or FMCG environment will be an added advantage.Experience in selling to, and management of, customers with managed services in the areas of WAN, LAN, Hosting, Messaging, Security, VoIP, infrastructure management, mobility, outsourcing/out-tasking Clean driver licenseOutstanding leadership and communication skillsAbility to Engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.Ability to identify and qualify revenue generating opportunities Solid knowledge of direct sales; channel and indirect sales experience desirable Proven track record in Sales Experience in building and development of channel. Creating solutions for customers based on their business & IT initiativesIT literacyKnowledge of English and/or French How to Apply
